Management of mechanisms for the development of network interaction in solving the problems of technological deficiencies in the education of children

Network interaction of educational organizations is an important tool for the development of new technologies and content of training and education of people, approbation of the generated methodological materials and technologies, fixing and disseminating “working” experience. However, there remains a problem of the search for mechanisms for the effective formation of network interaction due to the traditional inflexibility of organizatio- nal structures, the psychological mood of educational organizations for a jointly-distributed form of organization of joint activities. An innovative project has been implemented for the effective development of networking of educational organizations on problems of working with children, which involves updating the following mechanisms: creating thematic content while solving its administration issues, conducting a series of webinars ensuring the formation of a professional community interested in networking, the development of network interaction regulations. The introduction of these mechanisms in 2018 led to the initiation of the creation of an open educational network of innovative orientation, bringing together over 20 educational organizations from 5 regions of the Russian Federation.
