Management of the process of developing creative abilities in students at handicraft lessons

The article reveals the theoretical and methodological aspects of managing the process of the development of creative abilities in students at handicraft lessons. In our opinion the problem of development of creative abilities in various aged children is relevant today. We see the solution to this problem in working out the means for development of creative abilities, for example, in the making educational toys from wooden puzzles by students at handicraft lessons in the 6th grade. This process can be managed through the development of a system of creative tasks. We have described an experiment consisting of three stages. At the first stage (ascertaining) we determine the level of development of students' creative abilities and work out the criteria (material, shape and color). At the second formative stage of the experiment, we describe in detail the work on the implementation of educational conditions for the development of creative abilities in students. At the end of the experiment we have described the use of mathematical statistics, which confirms the reliability of the research results.
