Management of the personal development projected path as a condition of the proactive professional training efficiency

The problem of the efficiency of proactive professional training is discussed. The authors assume that management of the projected path (propath) of personal development causes the possibility of getting proactive training level. The proactive level of personal development is understood as a certain useful level of development and self development of the intellectual, will and sensomotor spheres of the student. A practice focused model of personal development is presented within the methodology of system activity and competence context approach. The statement that maintains that the organization of teaching/learning with due account of the modeling results provides higher efficiency of the proactive professional training is substantiated.
