Risk management of innovative project

The article discusses the issues of identifying factors of certainty and uncertainty of the conditions for the implementation of an innovative project. The difference between the concepts of «uncertainty» and «risk» for the project is shown. Considering that risks are mainly the possibility of adverse consequences for project aims, recommendations are given for managing the risks of an innovative project based on data from a SWOT analysis and designing a risk minimization strategy. Risk registration allows to track the progress of the project and always keep threats in mind.
