Risk management in investment and construction project under uncertainty

The article presents the results of a study of risk management tools in conditions of uncertainty, which have a direct impact on the investment and construction project. The study analyzed the events that have recently caused the greatest impact on society and business, namely: “Pandemic 2020” and “Special Military Operation 2022”, thereby creating turbulence of the external environment and risks for companies. To reduce the impact of risks on the implementation of construction projects, it is proposed to use digital and information technologies. They make it possible to increase the flexibility and dynamism of the project, as well as to implement proactive risk management. Based on the results of the study, a SWOT analysis of the state of the company under uncertainty was performed to compare the results before and after the application of digitalization and digital transformation.
