The management of self-education of pedagogues in an innovation pre-school educational institution

In the article the author shows basic troubles of management of self-education of pedagogues in an innovation terms: actual views on the trouble in pedagogical researches, the definition of notion «management» and «selfeducation ». The system of pedagogues self-educational work in pre-school educational institution is offer: the choice of trouble of self-education, the building of stages of this work, the making of guidelines for pedagogues on each stage of self-education.
