In article the assessment of depression and anxiety level at women of reproductive age, suffering from epilepsy is carried out. Clinically and subclinically expressed anxiety is registered 30,2% of patients. Clinically and subclinically expressed depression is registered at 21,6% of patients. The indicator on somatization subscale of Beck Questionnaire made 48,2%, on cognitive and affective subscale - 38,3%. Prevalence of expressiveness of symptoms on somatization scale over expressiveness of symptoms on cognitive and affective scale testifies to expressiveness of somatic violations in the absence of depression. It follows from this that the level of anxiety and depression at women of reproductive age is higher, than on average in population that is caused by stigmatization of disease, frequency and weight of epileptic attacks.
