Conditions and drivers for the development of small and medium entrepreneurship

The article argues that the development of small businesses, which are critical for employment and innovation, depends on the business climate and export support. Limiting factors include a lack of funding, qualified personnel, and administrative barriers. The authors argue that these problems cannot be resolved without government intervention. The primary strategy for developing foreign economic relations should be strengthening the sector's export potential through innovation, compliance with international production standards, and improved product competitiveness.
