Existence conditions of positive fixed points of superhomogeneous mapping

The properties of superhomogeneous mappings that generalize the positive first-degree homogeneous mappings are characterized. The necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence of positive fixed points such mappings are given under additional conditions of monotonicity and continuity. Is also used the concept of local irreducibility which guarantees the positivity of the nonzero fixed points.
