Improvement of meat stirrer in meat production

Бесплатный доступ

In modern workshops, in the production of semi-finished products and sausages, the LPK1000F meat mixer is used with auger-type paddle kneading bodies with two shafts rotating towards different speeds. The disadvantages of this machine are the complexity and cumbersome kinematic scheme of the main drive, including an electric motor, V-belt transmission, two-stage gearbox, chain transmission, gear transmission; the heavy weight of the structure due to the cumbersome kinematic scheme and the presence of extra pulley links, V-belts, heavy gear; low machine efficiency due to the presence of extra gear links; manual rotation of the bowl, which increases the cycle time, requires manual labor and does not meet modern requirements. The proposed design of the meat mixer allows you to simplify the kinematic scheme and eliminate manual labor for unloading the meat from the tank, which in turn increases the productivity of the entire technological line for the production of meat products.
