Web page “Regional innovation platform” on the official site of a professional educational organization: methodological analysis

The purpose of the article is to provide methodological support to project teams of regional innovation platforms in filling out the “Regional innovation platform” web page on the official websites of professional educational organizations. The study is based on identifying the problem field based on existing objective contradictions, documentary analysis and formulation of scientific principles for organizing the placement of information on the progress of innovative activities on the official websites of organizations, analysis of practical solutions, demonstration of experience in designing this web page on the website of the State Budgetary Educational Institution Home for students “Magnit” and formulation of recommendations. The methodology is based on scientific principles, ethics of interaction between stakeholders and improving the quality of project management. The leading idea of this study is that, on the one hand, the legislation leaves the design of this kind of information on the Internet at the discretion of the educational organization, on the other hand, standardization of the procedure for processing this content will improve the quality of educational and management processes and increase the “digital maturity” of institutions. The basis of the formulated scientific principles are consistency, reliability (objectivity), completeness, relevance (timeliness), literacy, readability, and ethics. The conducted research convinces of the advisability of standardizing possible solutions based on objective scientific principles for organizing information about innovative activities, regulatory requirements and generally accepted good practice. Analysis from the perspective of the full life cycle of systems made it possible not to lose sight of all stages of a web page - from conception to decommissioning. This research is being carried out as part of the implementation of the regional innovation platform of the State Budgetary Educational Institution of Education Home for students “Magnit” on the topic “Prevention of juvenile delinquency in the “risk zone” and “risk group” through career guidance and pre-vocational training in additional education”.
