Беременность и роды у женщин с протезированными клапанами обычно сопряжены с высоким риском. Вопрос о ведении беременности у пациенток с искусственными клапанами сердца остается одним из наиболее сложных для кардиологов и акушеров-гинекологов во всем мире. Беременность является стрессом для организма: при этом возможно не только прогрессирование кардиальной патологии, но и проявление до сих пор субклинически протекающей наследственной тромбофилии и/или антифосфолипидного синдрома: риск тромбоэмболических осложнений при этом возрастает во много раз. Рассмотрены вопросы дородовой подготовки, выбора способа родозрешения при наличии искусственных клапанов сердца.
