Victimological prevention of crime: contents and objectives

Problems of victimological prevention of crime and the need of their implementation are being disclosed. The analysis of such concepts as "sufferer" and "victim" are being made. The classification of victimological prevention procedures are being demonstrated. The state of legislative and regulatory framework on this topic is being examined and suggestions for its development are being displayed.
