Visualization of culture and economy interaction on the example of leadership positions of modern theatrical art and culture in the Russian regions

A stable strategic level of performance is demonstrated by the regions of theatrical art and culture with unchanged highest indicators during 2018-20 - Moscow, St. Petersburg, Novgorod Region, Stavropol Territory, Tyumen Region, Kostroma region. The share of regions with the highest performance indicators for 2018 is 8.55%, for 2019 - 11%, 2020 - 13.4%. The share of the leading regions in 2018 is 25.66%, in 2019 - 41%, in 2020 - 45%. The activity of theatrical institutions is successful, the percentage of regions are effective/ active was: 2018 - 25.66%, 2019 - 23%, 2020 - 12%. The share of effective/passive regions in assessing the activities of theater organizations in 2018 was 25.66%, in 2019 - 8.5%, in 2020 - 7.3%. It should be noted that the share of regions with indicators of inefficiency is quite large and amounts to 20.7% in 2018, 17% in 2019, and 23% in 2020. Consequently, management strategies and leadership positions are easily implemented and applied in the activities of theatrical art, which confirms the innovativeness of the forms of modern theatrical art with quantitative indicators. However, the growth of inefficient regions of theatrical art and the fall of active regions (twice as compared to 2018) demonstrate the opposite orientation to innovative forms and suggest the need for strategic planning and management in theatrical art, as well as the inability to maintain a balance between the values of the market and art in these regions. Such opposite dynamics may mean that there is a large gap in the activities of commercially and non-commercially oriented theatrical art institutions and the need for state support to eliminate it and bring the entire sphere of theatrical art and culture into balance. As can be seen, there is a tendency to strengthen, improve the effectiveness of the higher types of this classification and a deterioration in the lower types of this classification.
