Based on studies conducted jointly by therapists and psychiatrists, IBS is classified as an organ (vegetative) neurosis with certain clinical features. Due to the multifactorial nature of this pathology, the contribution of biologically active substances that have a systemic effect, cytokines, is of particular interest. Normal functioning of the cytokine network is largely based on the mechanisms underlying the regulation of cytokine gene expression and the functioning of their polymorphic variants. Objective of the work. Comparative analysis of the distribution of genotypes of single nucleotide substitutions in the genes of cytokines IL1b, TNFA, IL6, IL10 in various variants of psychopathological disorders in patients with irritable bowel syndrome.
