The influence of group activities on motivation for physical activity among RANEPA 3rd course students

This article examines the impact of group activities on motivation for physical activity among third - year students of the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA). Based on the urgency of the problem of increasing physical activity of young people and dissatisfaction with the low level of physical fitness of students, the authors analyze the mechanisms of motivation that arise in the process of group classes. The study was conducted on the basis of student questionnaires, discussions and observations of their participation in group training. The results show that group activities help to increase interest in physical activity by creating a competitive environment, peer support and a sense of belonging to a team. In conclusion, recommendations are presented on the organization of group classes to increase physical activity among students.
