The impact of emotional intelligence on teaching practice: strategies for developing students' emotional skills

The article is devoted to the study of the role of emotional intelligence (EI) in the educational process and its impact on the quality of learning and interaction in the classroom. The purpose of the work is to analyze the importance of EI for teachers and students, as well as to identify key components that contribute to effective learning. The study examines the definitions of emotional intelligence, its impact on the emotional management of teachers and students, as well as on creating a supportive and inclusive atmosphere in the learning environment. It is emphasized that the high level of EI among teachers contributes to improving interpersonal relationships, reducing conflicts and improving students' academic performance. The results of the study confirm the need for teachers to develop emotional intelligence as an important skill for successful professional activity in the modern educational context. In this regard, it is recommended to introduce EI development programs into the training of future teachers, which will create a more harmonious and productive educational environment.
