The article provides an experience of substantiating the ecophilosophical and anthropological paradigm of the development of media education, proceeding from the ethical and ecological concept of noospherism proposed by I.V. Zhilavskaya. As a form of modern culture, media education in the space of this methodology opens up the possibilities of its philosophical and conceptual self-determination in the context of media-ecological problems and the possibility of preserving the multidimensionality of the world and human nature. The heuristic role of I.V. Zhilavskaya's idea about the need to develop media education on the principles of noospheric thinking, harmony, genetic unity of the world, subject-subjective view of education is emphasized. The goal of media education, which correlates with the tasks of life support of culture and society, is associated with the world attitude of human ecophilosophy, which includes the generalization of the experience of environmental journalism. The tasks of media education in the proposed model are centered not by quantitative, but by qualitative parameters of information, the promotion of culture and messages based on the life-saving experience of domestic and world science.
