International migration's impact on ergonymy formation in the city of Ulan-Ude

The article reviews ergonyms related to the category of commercial nomination. Ergonym is the proper name for people's business association, including union, organization, institution, corporation, enterprise, society and institution. In recent years, international migration has occupied a significant part in changing the population composition of the Republic of Buryatia. The number of cafes focused on national cuisine has significantly increased: Azerbaijani, Georgian, Uzbek, Chinese, etc. In the conditions of the market and strong competition, an ergonym should stand out from many different names, should be easy to remember, and cause certain positive associations, which increases its consumer value. The informational content of ergonyms reflecting the priorities of the national cuisine of migrants is determined not so much by the language material from which they are composed, but by public knowledge of certain realities that served as the basis for their creation and giving them certain associations.
