Contextual factors influencing the changing of evaluation and accuracy of evaluation are considered in the article. Results of research focused on study of the influence of information about a person on the evaluation of his personal characteristic and making a decision about acceptance of employment are provided. Principles of evaluation changing and changing of evaluation accuracy as well as potential reasons of decision changing are examined.
