The influence of information extent and content about a person on personal characteristics evaluation and making a subsequent decision about acceptance for employment

Contextual factors influencing the changing of evaluation and accuracy of evaluation are considered in the article. Results of research focused on study of the influence of information about a person on the evaluation of his personal characteristic and making a decision about acceptance of employment are provided. Principles of evaluation changing and changing of evaluation accuracy as well as potential reasons of decision changing are examined.
