The publication is considered two cases about entry countryside communities of russian and nanai Amur Region in conditions of lateindustrial modernization and their follow entry in post-industial economy. Results are presented by population survey in the Malyshevo and Sikachi-Alyan villages of Khabarovsk district in the Khabarovsk region (2014) and regional periodicals (1967-1973) and count property documentation of Malyshevo village council (1973-1975).
