Influence of plant additive on content of micro- and macroelements in brewing half-finished product

The paper deals with the concise description of essential micro- and macroelements and the results of their determination in a standard brewing half-finished product, a gel from aloe vera leaves, and a half-finished product using this plant additive. The article contains tables and diagrams that demonstrate the results of the experiment. The conclusion about effectiveness of this additive is made on the basis of obtained data.
