Influence of year season on quality indicators of cows’ milk in Vologda region for 2019-2021

The article presents the results of studies of the qualitative indicators of milk (mass fraction of fat, mass fraction of protein, and content of somatic cells) sampled in the territory of the Vologda Region for 2019-2021. During this period of time 462,433 samples have been analyzed. According to the results of the study, high quality indicators of milk for the period under review have been revealed, which meet the requirements of GOST. Rates of fat and protein mass fractions in 2021 are higher compared to previous years, and the content of somatic cells corresponds to milk of the highest grade. In the autumn season, the mass fractions of fat and protein are higher than others in all the years under consideration.
