The influence of terminal and instrumental values on the competitiveness of university students of psychological and pedagogical direction

This article is devoted to the study of the infl uence of terminal and instrumental values on the competitiveness of university students of the psychological and pedagogical direction. The content of the concept of “value orientations” is revealed, the components of students’ competitiveness are described. Methods of diagnostics of students’ value orientations and competitiveness are analyzed.
