Influence of the high-protein fodder concentrate on the chemical composition of the liver, heart and meat of broilers

Application of a high-proteinaceous fodder concentrate in feeding of broilers, allows to increase additional weights, mainly due to growth of muscle bulk. On which formation the organism of a bird uses 68,18% of the set quantity of the used additive.
