A woman’s health is a fundamental factor in determining the health of a nation. First of all, this is due to the fact that the main socio-biological function of the female body is childbearing, which makes the problem of preserving and strengthening women’s health the most urgent. The effects of physical inactivity cover a wide range of health problems, ranging from cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, and obesity to osteoporosis, depression, and cognitive decline. At the same time, the development of physical inactivity leads to deterioration of blood circulation, weakening of muscle tone, and metabolic disorders. All this, in the long run, significantly reduces the duration and quality of life. Moderate aerobic exercise, accompanied by positive emotions and reduced stress levels, can have a positive effect on the functioning of the thyroid gland and, as a result, on TSH levels. The study of the effect of recreational aerobics on TSH levels in women is relevant due to the high prevalence of thyroid diseases, the importance of TSH as an indicator of its function, and the potential role of physical activity in regulating hormonal balance. The results of the study provide valuable information for the development of effective physical activity programs aimed at maintaining women’s hormonal health, as such physical activity programs should be comprehensive and take into account both physiological and psychological characteristics.
