The article deals with the study of the extracurricular activity of the students of the Bachelor’s degree in the pedagogical university as the means of the development of the educational autonomy. There are studied the existed definitions and approaches to the study of the educational autonomy and its structure. The author considers the strategies of the development of the educational autonomy. There is paid attention to the teacher’s role in this process. The author presents the experience of conducting the extracurricular activities, providing the professional becoming of the future teacher.
