Implementation of comprehensive measures of the well-being program to prevent professional burnout of employees of the organization

The article provides an analysis of the Well-being program for increasing employee productivity and loyalty. Five key elements are considered: professional growth, financial well-being, psychological and physical health, and a comfortable working atmosphere. The advantages, disadvantages, and risks of implementation are described, and recommendations and business metrics for assessing the effectiveness of the program are presented, including examples of practices used in Russian companies. Particular attention is paid to the importance of planning and balancing the program components.
