Upbringing potential of the educational environment of the pedagogical university

The article provides a theoretical research analysis of the upbringing environment of the pedagogical university, defines the content characteristics of the upbringing potential (organizational and managerial apparatus; technologies, approaches and methodsof upbringing; humanistic orientation; staffing; student initiatives), presents the data obtained during monitoring the effectiveness of upbringing work with bachelor-students enrolled in the program 44.03.05. Pedagogical education with two profiles of training, describes the experience of organizing the upbringing process of the South-Ural State Humanitarian and Pedagogical University, identified the leading areas of upbringing - spiritual and moral; - cultural and creative; - scientific research; - professional and labor; - sports and health saving; - volunteer.
