Rehabilitation therapy during rehabilitation in patients who underwent minimally invasive treatment of intervertebral hernia

Rehabilitation after back surgery when the hernia lasts at least six months. The main goal of rehabilitation is to restore mobility of the spine, relieve compression and regeneration of the intervertebral disc. Modern medicine can boast a rich Arsenal of rehabilitation measures: hirudotherapy (leech therapy), therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, acupuncture, and magnetic-laser therapy, massage and vibrionaceae.During the rehabilitation activities associated with hernia of intervertebral disks, special attention should be given to the protection of the spine from various physical impacts and shock loads. To shock loads on the spine can be attributed to lifting weights and exercise. Even regular walking can cause irreparable harm to the spine, which is why it is very important in the first months of rehabilitation will gradually learn to walk, sit and stand up from the bed.The period of rehabilitation and recovery are no less important than conducting minimally invasive surgery with a herniated disc, and will be discussed in this article.
