Research objective was definition of dependence of apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) and perfused properties of a tumor from influence neoadjuvant chemoradiation therapy (n-CRT) at patients with invasive cervical cancer. 43 patients with cervical cancer invasive forms are examinated, with stage T1b1-3bN0-1M0-1. Depending on effect have been divided in 2 groups: 34 patients with presence of a residual tumor and 9 cases with full resorption tumors. All MRI results have been compared with the data of postoperative histological research. In both groups of patients after n-CRT in a tumor levels of ADC and perfusions became higher. ADC in a residual tumor has on the average was 1.34 + 0.27 c/mm2 ∙10-3, at average value ADC in intact stroma 1.79 + 0.46 c/mm2 ∙ 10-3. The perfusion estimation didn't allow to carry out differential diagnostics between a residual tumor and reactive postradial changes.
