Possibilities and limitations of the application of the Total Quality Management concept in the practice of management of foreign and domestic companies
This article is aimed at analyzing the possibilities and limitations of the application of the Total Quality Management concept in Russian and foreign companies, the study of the results of the introduction of the TQM concept in companies of different countries, the reasons for the difference in the results of the implementation of the WUC in different countries on the basis of the theory of cultural values by Hofstede.
