Opportunities of “The club for foreign lovers of Russian language and culture” in the social and cultural adaptation of foreign students at the Moscow Polytechnic University

The article discusses the introduction of interactive forms of teaching Russian as a foreign language as Club for foreign lovers of the Russian language and culture. The realisation of project system includes a number of individual and periodic events aimed at updating the interest of foreigners in learning the Russian language and motivating foreign students to have a deep and comprehensive understanding of the Russian worldview. Russian language and culture club's periodic forms of work should be "Literary living room", "Russian cinema lecture hall", and "Historical round tables". Individual events are game and competitive in nature: quizzes, contests, excursions. Russian language and culture club organization and operation project is based on the linguistic and cultural method of synthesized deep acquaintance and mastering of Russian history, art and language. The process of internationalization of the University is considered as the social context of the project. The methodology and theoretical basis of the project is the concept of socio-cultural adaptation.
