A time vector of students’ personal self-organization during the study at the university

The article addresses the issue of a time vector of students’ personal self-organization in terms of the typological features of personal time management. There are four types of students whose biological time is reviewed from the standpoint of vector, dissymmetry, the hidden asymmetry, repeatability, multiplicity, unevenness. The integrated and systematized temporal characteristics of personality are an effective aspect of the individually appropriate management of self-education. The students’ competence in time behavior that is typical for them allows one to determine personal rhythm, manage time successfully taking the maximum stress and activity into account. The individual and differentiated approach to work management implies compliance with health regulations such as diet, increased physical fitness, properly organized leisure, prevention of bad habits, a proper balance between study and rest, individual life rhythms. The processes of self-organization are considered on the basis of the internal and external environment and the student's age.
