Stratification of patients with non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC) by risk groups is a difficult task. An acute and unresolved issue today is the search for specific and highly sensitive NMIBC marker genes for subsequent assessment of their expression levels and correlation with the clinical response, progression and recurrence of the disease during treatment in various clinical groups using existing techniques. The currently available EORTC nomograms do not take into account the molecular genetic profile of NMIBC and have insufficient clinical value. In this work, it was shown that the sensitivity and specificity of tests evaluating the expression of the Ki67, CCNB1, MYBL2, TPA, and BIRC5 genes in patients with NMIBC is above 75%, which allows to consider them as having acceptable qualities for use in medical research.
