Interaction of professional education with the labor market as a key factor of motivation of hotel business bachelors to employment by specialty

Annually, Russian higher education institutions produce about twenty ve thousand specialists in the hospitality industry, of which no more than forty percent are employed by profession. This is a serious strategic problem for prole enterprises that are consistently experiencing a shortage of new qualied personnel. This article is devoted to actual issues of motivation of hotel business bachelors to employment by specialty after graduation. It is argued that a successful solution to this problem is possible only if the efforts of the prole education and the enterprises of the hotel market are combined. In the context of the stated problem, the successful experience of RBIM Hotel School is analyzed, which can be used by other Russian higher education institutions to increase the share of the prole employment of graduates- bachelors in the hotel business
