The article deals with the pedagogical diagnostics and the control in high school as a system of actions (interaction) of participants of the educational process (subjects and objects of the pedagogical diagnostics and control). The author gives the problem solutions to define the pedagogical diagnosis, find the realization results (intermediate and total) of training processes, education, professional and personal development, their conformity to the planned level of the requirements.
