The importance of developing their personal characteristics, such as emotional intelligence, and ensuring the appropriate level of psychological well-being is emphasized. The study highlights the main provisions of the empirical study, which confirmed the presence of a statistically significant direct relationship between these psychological constructs. Correlation analysis data specified this relationship and its strength in the form of the obtained correlation coefficients. The result of the study confirms the significance of the influence of students’ emotional and cognitive abilities on the level of their self-acceptance.
