The pedagogical skill of a teacher is to organize all forms of the learning process in the most convenient and effective way, to direct them towards the goals of personal development, to form in students the worldview, to awaken the aptitude for activities necessary for society calculated from the functions.
The specificity of the pedagogical purpose can be seen in the following:
The purpose of pedagogical activity is determined by the society, ie the result of pedagogical activity is connected with the interests of the society. His work is aimed at the full development of the personality of young people. Pedagogical activity ensures the social coherence (sequence) of the generation. Transfers the experience of one generation to the next, realizes the natural potential in man to gain social experience.
Pedagogical activity is always associated with the management of individual activities. It is important that the pedagogical goal becomes the goal of the student. The educator must have a clear idea of the purpose of his activity and ways to achieve it, and be able to explain to them that achieving this goal is important for students as well.
As Goethe put it, "Speak with conviction, and then both the word and the delight of the audience will come naturally."
Management of student activities in the process of pedagogical education is complicated because the goal of the teacher is always focused on the future of the student. Realizing this, skilled educators design the logic of their activities according to the needs of students. This is the essence of collaborative pedagogy.
Thus, the specificity of the purpose of pedagogical activity requires the teacher to: - to fully understand the social functions of society and accept it as its own. The "growth" of the goals of society, its transformation into a pedagogical point of view; - creative approach to certain actions and tasks;
-
- to take into account the interests of students, to turn them into the goals of pedagogical activity.
The specificity of pedagogical activity is reflected in the following:
The educator works with a person who is constantly evolving. It is not possible to use the same stereotyped, formed behaviors in approaching them. This requires a constant search for creativity from the educator. In addition to the educator, students are also influenced by the environment, parents, other science teachers, the media, and social life. That is why the pedagogical work involves simultaneously making corrections to the total effects and to the ideas that arise in the students themselves.
Only a person who can always have a positive-moral impact on a student’s personality is a true educator. To achieve this, the educator is required to constantly improve his or her moral qualities. Involvement of students in activities such as work, communication, play, reading is a key tool of education. Every skilled educator should have his own individual pedagogical system. At the same time, of course, it is important to acquaint students with the science, education, national and cultural values of our country, as well as our musical heritage, musical performance, a number of achievements in singing.
He is able to study the psychology of students and take an individual approach to each of them, to strive to meet their needs and desires in the classroom, to achieve a good creative result, to mobilize each student, In other words, it must create conditions to meet the spiritual needs of young people. In carrying out these tasks, it is necessary to have a high artistic taste, a quick sense of innovation, to keep pace with life, good organizational skills. The main task is not to train specialists in any narrow field of art or art, but to bring up a person who is perfect in all respects, who can feel moral purity, beauty and goodness, and pass on his morals to others. It is to help educate spiritually mature people who can be role models.
In order to ensure the effectiveness of education in educating the younger generation and to provide them with a thorough education, it is important to develop the theory of traditional singing, instrumental skills and the specific "technology" of teaching has. Achieving success in the education of students, the transition from ignorance to knowledge, the inability to do, that is, to understand the meaning and effectiveness of their efforts, to create conditions for a sense of joy of success, diligence , one of the main tasks is to cultivate the desire to read and the ability to read. Thanks to music, a person gets the impression that nobility, majesty, beauty exists not only in the outside world, but also in himself. The development of artistic, mature performance of priceless, classical, rare musical works of the Uzbek people on folk instruments will increase the interest of young people in music in our time.
