Problem of the reconstruction in dynamics of a rigid body

It is description the problem about reconstruction of system equations movement of rigid body round a immovable pole in central Newtonian gravitational field. Reconstruction is grooving relatively full system of independent algebraic first integrals, which is in involution. At the body in pseudo-Euclidean space is act system of stationary gyroscopic forces. It is consider case of problem with kinematic constraints.
