Legislation of the Czech Republic in the field of tourism

The article is devoted to the analysis of the legislation of the Czech Republic in the field of tourism. The laws regulating tourism in Russia and the Czech Republic are given, provisions from the legislation and directives of the European Union concerning the transport of tourists are analysed, entrepreneurship in the field of tourism is considered, as well as the activities of travel agencies and tour operators. A parallel is drawn between the two legislations, the main similarities, differences and deficiencies are identified.
