Protection of the rights of Russian tourists abroad

This scientific article discusses the problem of protecting the rights of Russian tourists abroad. It is based on the study of legal aspects related to tourism activities and the protection of citizens' rights when leaving their country. The main legal instruments that protect the rights of tourists, including international conventions, treaties and agreements, are analyzed. Typical violations of the rights of tourists, means of their settlement and possible ways of improving the legal protection of Russian tourists abroad are considered.
