On the basis of the issue of the day of students health saving, general approaches to the determination of the essence of the concept of health saving educational technologies are formulated in the article. The leading basis of the technologies projection in the general education establishment are determined. The specific character of health saving technologies in the morphological, structural, functional and genetic aspects from the systematically and synergetic approach point of view are substantiated.
