Healthy lifestyle as a subject of pedagogical science

The importance of a healthy lifestyle of people for modern society is shown. It has been proved that it is possible to effectively promote the formation of a healthy lifestyle in society only on the basis of integrating the knowledge of a number of sciences, including pedagogy, and the activities of various state and public institutions. The principles of constructing a system designed to solve this problem are presented. When considering a healthy lifestyle as a subject of pedagogical science, it becomes obvious that scattered knowledge cannot explain the process of its formation. For these purposes, it will be necessary to integrate all the best that has been accumulated in the pedagogical sphere by all countries and peoples of the Earth, the achievements of social, intersocial, geosocial pedagogy, ego-pedagogical, library science, health sciences (valeology) and others. Thus, the program for the protection and promotion of public health gives an impetus to the search for new opportunities and the use of existing reserves not only in the education system, but also in other social institutions directly involved in the formation of a healthy lifestyle.
