Здоровый образ жизни как средство управления рисками для здоровья: компоненты и факторы. Аналитический обзор

Формирование здорового образа жизни населения является стратегической задачей в сфере здоровья и здоровьесбережения всех стран мира. Доминирующий вклад неинфекционных заболеваний в преждевременную смертность населения и сокращение ожидаемой продолжительности жизни актуализирует вопрос поиска эффективных способов профилактики, действенных технологий приобщения граждан к здоровьесохранным практикам. Предложен обзор подходов к определению, структурированию и эмпирическому изучению приверженности населения здоровому образу жизни. Обоснована целесообразность включения в структуру здорового образа жизни практик заботы о физическом, ментальном и социальном здоровье. Обсуждается применимость шкалы Health-Promoting Lifestyle Profile (HPLP II) для анализа поведения в сфере здоровья, в том числе в азиатских странах. На основе шкалы HPLP II выделены структурные компоненты здорового образа жизни. Проведен анализ базовых моделей, объясняющих поведение человека в сфере здоровья. На основе данных моделей систематизированы факторы, влияющие на приверженность здоровому образу жизни. Показан вклад социально-демографических и когнитивных факторов. Обоснована целесообразность учета таких факторов, как самоэффективность и субъективно воспринимаемый статус здоровья, при разработке индивидуальных профилактических программ. В качестве перспективного направления исследования выделена разработка технологий, направленных на формирование здорового образа жизни, учитывающих достижения в различных областях, в том числе в сфере дизайна.
