Бесплатный доступ

The author analyzes the content of constitutional norms, the object of regulation of which is land relations. Through axiological analysis, the author substantiates the conclusion that the constitutional and legal regulation of land relations is conditioned by the special significance of land as an object of nature and the most important natural resource. It is argued that the constitu-tional value of land can be revealed through the unique properties of this natural object, which in various aspects serves as the basis for the existence of man and society as a whole, allows to meet the most important needs of the individual and society, including the spiritual and cultural needs of the peoples of the country. Arguments are given about the priority of public interests in the sphere of land relations over the needs of an individual, which constitutes the axiological essence of consti-tutional-legal regulation of land relations.
