The importance of projects in the strategic management system of the enterprise

The article discusses the importance of projects in the system of strategic management of an enterprise. The etymology of the category "project" is presented. It is noted that the special importance of projects and project management as a separate activity requires legal and methodological support. It was revealed that the integration of project management into the strategic management system is an important and priority aspect in building effective projects that contribute to solving a wider range of problems. It is concluded that when conducting preliminary analytics, such aspects as project risks and their possible impact on the efficiency of the business structure, the implementation of its strategy should be of particular importance.
