The article deals with the substantiation of the significance of the reflexive educational environment in the development of the transprofessional characteristics of the students in the master’s programme in design. There is specified the concept of transprofessionalism as an integrative trait of the person allowing to solve the interprofessional complex issues in the context of uncertainty on the basis of the analysis of the psychological and pedagogical literature.
