The importance of energy law in modern society

This paper analyzes the role of legal regulation in the field of energy law from the point of view of identifying the problems of this area. The study of legislation regulating the energy complex and the analysis of special terminology served as the foundation of this work. The authors of the study proposed a solution to eliminate the detected problems, based on an analysis of the current state of the energy industry and its legal framework.
