The article deals with the basic tendencies of the researches in the sphere of the academic and digital competencies, the peculiarities and significance of their structural interrelation in the context of e-learning. There is conducted the theoretical analysis of the concept of the digital competence DigComp framework 2.0 with the substantiation of the significance of the positive concepts in the practical resolution of the conflicts of the practice of e-learning.
